News :: Monsterus Sightings!

Since our last posting, RonZilla spent the Winter making several appearances which included stops in both Toronto and Las Vegas. The excursion began in November where Zilla was on hand to celebrate along with Michael Anthony (Van Halen) The Ford Motor Company's 100th Year Birthday in Las Vegas. Along with a very detailed retrospective this event showcased the new Ford GT and Mustang as well as the future of Ford. It was at this event that Ron got the scoop from Mike that fences had been mended and that Sammy Hagar was back in VH! With an evening to spare, Zilla dropped by the Hard Rock Hotel where he was greeted by Sonny Sandoval's (P.O.D.) outfit from the "Boom" video. Then it was on to check out HRC's hippest concert call, "The Joint" in which Zilla bumped into rap star, Coolio as he entered. In early January Ron made a 2-day pit-stop in Toronto, Canada where he spent the first night on the set of a new American TV show being filmed in Toronto near the CN Tower (see pic)...then headed over to the Air Canada Centre to catch Lebron James and Ohio's Cleveland Cavaliers take on the Toronto Raptors. When February rolled around, Zilla was back in Vegas to attend the fashion industry's MAGIC Show where he met up with Def Jam Records/Phat Farm founder Russell Simmons.
